Welcome to our new website!

Will Wigram

After a few months of juggling our client work with our own, we are delighted to share our new website with you. It’s been a few years since we built our last site, and Diffusion Digital has been on a bit of a journey since then, so it’s great to finally have a platform that accurately reflects our agency today – including our values, service offering and approach, experience and team.

From then to now

Born out of Matter Of Form, Diffusion was founded in 2014, to offer a specialised service for high growth businesses. We started out as a pure play web agency, concentrating on the production, and ongoing support, of websites for ambitious brands, with a core focus in the luxury sector. Having access to the same talented pool of practitioners as Matter Of Form, we have been able to offer our clients a high level of creative and technical output, but, as we have evolved, we have adapted our ways of working to better suit the needs of this “high growth” sector, becoming an efficient and cost-effective option in the process.

Having spent the first few years of our life finessing our web production offering, we soon realised that to really offer our clients value, that continued way beyond the launch of a new website, it was crucial to be able to offer ongoing strategic marketing support, that enables our clients to meet their commercial goals – may that be securing eCommerce sales, increasing brand engagement, or driving online bookings. So, over the past 3 years we have been working hard on building out our growth marketing service (SEO, Content Marketing, PPC, Organic & Paid Social) that now sits alongside our web production outfit, to offer our clients a complete 360° digital offering.

A “full-service offering” is a term that is often bounded about, but we very much believe the way we approach our work today offers our clients a truly holistic service, that is data driven, strategically considered and creatively crafted, and all geared to deliver great results for our clients.

Our new site

So what can you expect from our new website? We have taken time over the past few months to create an experience that, we hope, is engaging, enjoyable to navigate through and presents you with a good mix of content that provides a true and balanced reflection of who we are, what we stand for and how we can help.

Through the site you will also be able to meet our team. Everyone at Diffusion was involved, in some shape or form, in the making of the new site, and that very much reflects us as an agency. It is obvious to say that it’s the people that make our agency, but it really is true at Diffusion. We have created a culture that inspires and energises, and that goes a long way in helping us build long lasting and fulfilling relationships.

The new site also showcases some of the work we have done for a selection of the great brands we have the pleasure of working with. Our 360° approach enables us to build deep-rooted partnerships with our clients, which we love. Having the opportunity to work in an ongoing capacity and to play a part in our clients future success is something we find very rewarding, and I think that is reflected in the work we produce.

What next?

Who knows where we’ll be in 3 – 4 years time, when we possibly may need to update our website again. I’m sure there will be more exciting strings to our bow, that we will be able to share with you, but for now this is where we’re at, and we’re pretty excited to be here.

So please do have a look through the site and let us know what you think. We are keen to receive any feedback you may have (good or bad!). The website is there for you, so if there’s anything we can do to improve it, we’d love to know.
