Website Enhancements
Our web production team conducted a thorough UX audit of the existing website and proposed optimisation opportunities to the existing website that would help users on the conversion journey. The website optimisations focused on bringing more of the brand’s story to life on the website, and capitalising on the stunning imagery Port Tanger have by housing it on the Homepage and Our Story page. The new Homepage design elevated the website by allowing Port Tanger to push new products and collections in a visually engaging way.

The Results
The timing was perfect for Port Tanger, having recently introduced a second generation of eyewear to increase their collection of luxury sunglasses. With our support Port Tanger have been meeting the projected targets which were calculated and anticipated during the discovery phase.
Since launch of activity in mid-April Diffusion was able to support the brand reach 50% of projected sales. Other key stats following the launch of their refreshed eCom site site include a 15% increase in conversion rate, and a 12% reduction in bounce rate.
