THE BRIEF
The Last Drop Distillers of London are curators of high-quality and authentic rare spirits. Founded in 2008 by Tom Jago and James Espey OBE, they have a rich brand history with strong familial ties and exceptional stories.
The Last Drop came to us while going through a complete rebrand, needing a new website that aligns with their new look and feel, as well as showcases their rich history, brand story and product line of rare bottles of cognac, whisky and rum.

DESIGN & DISCOVERABILITY
The UI Designs largely took inspiration from the static branding concepts, which our team elevated & brought to life on the website. The bottle silhouette is seen across multiple pages and is woven into the theme of the site. The hover state carousel gives a sense of discovery, allowing the user to explore the recent collection as well as click through to the full product line.
EFFICIENT DELIVERY
The initial project was an opportunity to launch a succinct version of the site that could be delivered in time for the Last Drop’s Autumn 2020 product launch. The initial site was launched within 10 weeks and included a beautifully designed homepage, collection page, product pages and a stockists page. This paired-down initial launch met the need for the site to be live on a tight timeline while also serving all of the initial needs of the business.
FURTHER EXPANSION
Since launching the Phase 1 site in November 2020, we have been working closely with The Last Drop to develop and expand the website to include further details of the brand.
Phase 2 of the site includes the design and development of a new Journal section that will serve as a collection and repository for remarkable stories on the Last Drop’s products, events and brand story. We are in the process of bringing to life this area of the site that will act as place to publish and house curated content specific to the brand and their history.
